Workforce Development provide training and toolkits around RPC and CAPO Deliver training for practitioners on identifying and addressing parental conflict. Support the embedding of evidence-based tools and approaches across services. Awareness Raising Promote understanding of the impact of parental conflict on children’s outcomes. Develop and disseminate resources and guidance for professionals and families. Monitoring and Evaluation Collect and analyse data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and inform continuous improvement. Report on outcomes and contribute to local and national evaluation frameworks. Practice Support Provide advice and consultation to practitioners working with families experiencing conflict. Support the development of pathways and referral mechanisms for targeted support. Contribute to the development of local policies and procedures related to family support and relationship conflict. Ensure compliance with national guidance and best practice. We’re looking for someone who: Has experience in partnership working and service coordination. Understands the impact of parental conflict and parental offending on child development and family wellbeing. Is confident delivering training and supporting workforce development. Can analyse data and use insights to inform practice and policy. Is an excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
