The Vascular Department provides for the admission of emergency and elective in-patients, day case surgery, diagnostic procedures and outpatient consultations. The unit hosts the Kent & Medway National AAA screening programme. There is a full endovascular service and the unit has a hybrid operating theatre (and currently the second endovascular theatre is being refurbished).
