Job summary The Psychological Health Practitioner (PHP) Service in Wales provides mental health support within Primary Care settings across Gwent. PHPs work within GP practices as part of multi-disciplinary teams to offer care based on local needs. As a PHP Supervisor, you will manage service quality, offer case management and clinical supervision, and help develop the service by identifying and addressing local clinical needs. You will collaborate with GP cluster leads, third-sector organisations, and statutory mental health services. Candidates should have a postgraduate diploma or equivalent in evidence-based therapies (HIT/CBT). Experience in psychological assessments, intervention formulation, risk & safeguarding management, , and supervision is required.
