    • Job summary Trinity Medical Centre in central Hove, East Sussex through our membership of the Goldstone PCN, is seeking up to a six session salaried GP This is a position for a newly qualified, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking GP looking for an exciting and supportive role to launch your career. This role is tailored for newly qualified GPs (within 2 years of qualification and without holding a prior substantive post) on a fixed-term salaried contract, with the potential for extension. The ARRS GP Role aims to enhance patient care and access to primary care services. As part of our multidisciplinary team, the successful candidate will contribute to delivering comprehensive healthcare to our diverse patient population. We are looking for a GP with excellent communication skills, strong clinical expertise, and a commitment to a patient-centred approach. The position leverages ARRS-funded resources to optimise care delivery, improve patient outcomes, and increase the efficiency and capacity of primary care services. The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered patients. The post-holder will be employed by the Goldstone Primary Care Network (PCN) under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) and will solely work at Trinity Medical Centre. Main duties of the job Main Duties: Morning and afternoon surgeries face to face, and telephone appointments. About us Trinity Medical Centre is based in the centre of Hove and our 25,000 patients are cared for by 8 GP Partners, 8 salaried GPs, 3 ANPs and a skilled nursing and administration team plus a broad range of multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals including paramedics, clinical pharmacists, social prescribers, first contact physio and a mental health worker, working as part of our well established Goldstone PCN. We consult using EMIS Web and have been pioneers for on-line consulting, electronic prescribing and workflow document management. We have excellent QOF performance, are rated as Good by CQC and offer many specialist services - joint injections, minor ops, and family planning. Our fantastic nursing team run all chronic disease clinics. We are a well-respected Training Practice, hosting GP Speciality Trainees, FY2 doctors and medical students from both BSMS and UCL.
