Because humanity needs solutions, fast. The Role We are looking for a dedicated Analytical Scientist II to join our team in Ruddington on a permanent basis. This is a predominantly lab-based position within our Analytical Development team. You will be responsible for: Conducting analytical method set up/ transfer and method qualification. Testing samples to support formulation development aspects of a study. Ensuring full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Main Tasks And Responsibilities Completing analytical testing (eg: Assay Related Substances and Dissolution) to deadlines. Using HPLC / GC / Karl fisher and other Laboratory equipment for the analysis sample. Writing up lab work in line with GMP and ALCOA+ principles Completing analytical development and qualification activities with guidance. Evaluate data generated and contributing to problem solving activities with guidance. Checking of reagent preparations. Completing cleaning verifications and writing cleaning verification reports and protocols with assistance. Updating development methods. Participating in activities to support the general upkeep of the Laboratory and its equipment. Qualifications The successful candidate will hold a minimum of an HNC or HND in Chemistry, demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (such as Word and Excel), and ideally possess experience working in a laboratory or a similar technical environment.
