Record pupil observations and contribute to progress reports and reviews. Job Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with SEN in a school, care, or community setting. Strong understanding of special educational needs such as ASC, ADHD, or SEMH. Ability to remain calm, patient, and supportive under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing situations. Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
