Job summary You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care forService Users within the WICU community ward. You will provide high quality care that meets theneeds of Service Users who require an inpatient bed to either avoid hospital admission, forrehabilitation, or further assessment of their nursing needs which can include managing complicatedlong-term conditions, recognition and response to deterioration and care towards the end of life.
