We can offer you the opportunity: to work in departments with an excellent international reputation and wide variety of caseload to work with strong clinical and managerial supervision and leadership for excellent CPD activities - In-service training, doctors teaching, library support, regular supervision, funding to attend courses and conferences as well as extra 1:1 support when first starting the role. to take initiative with service development projects and audit in collaboration with other team members to work within effective, supportive and cohesive multi-disciplinary teams Main duties of the job The Hand Therapy rotation involves the assessment, diagnosis and formulation of hand therapy treatment to both inpatients and outpatients, referred from Consultants & GP's, in order to maximise patient recovery and function. The Burns/Plastics/Head and Neck rotation involves the assessment, diagnosis and formulation of therapy treatment to both inpatients and outpatients (adults and paediatrics) to the burns and plastics unit and plastics wards, in order to maximise patient recovery, function and safe discharge. This will include the Critical Care Unit and Enhanced Recovery Area. The Community Rehabilitation team treat a caseload of patients as outpatients attending the unit in single session or group and also delivers rehabilitative therapy within patients residences in the local area. The majority of the caseload is a mixture of frailty patients or those with chronic conditions including falls patients.     • Joining our supportive team as an Administrative Officer, you’ll provide excellent administrative support to the South East Hospital Service’s Social Work team and support with the delivery of essential hospital discharge services. What you’ll do: · Provide regular reports to the Hospital Service Manager using Power BI, Excel and Care Director. · Update the South East Hospital Service case tracker. · Transfer cases from Hospital Teams to Community Teams using Care Director, our case management system. · Support with the auditing of case files as part of Data Quality arrangements. · Take ad hoc meeting minutes. · Support the Integrated Discharge Service Team with administrative duties. What we’re looking for: · IT skills and advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills including Excel. · Confident written and verbal communication skills. · Strong prioritisation and organisational skills. · Resilience and adaptability. · Strong customer focus to build relationships.
