The office is located at GU1 4PS. In this role you will be supporting with administrative tasks that come alongside the family and civil courts. Your day to day duties will include: Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings. Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input. Post opening and dispatch. Communications via email, letters, face to face and telephone Standard letters and correspondence, minutes, notes, reports, submissions etc, according to guidelines and instructions. Ensuring compliance and administration documentation meet quality standards. Ad hoc admin - photocopying, scanning, filing etc The successful candidate for the role will have 12-18 months of admin experience within a workplace.
