Reviewing information provided from vendors to assess constraints and opportunities. Working closely with the Land Team to value engineer planning layouts and assisting through the planning process once sites have been purchased. Appointing and liaising with consultants to procure full engineering designs for all aspects of the development, including offsite works. Checking designs for compliance to relevant standards and consistency with other projects. Progressing legal agreements for the developments and working with the Adoptions Manager to hand all sites over to Local Authorities. Work closely with the Commercial Team to ensure best value is achieved with groundworks package for all sites. Regularly visit live sites to assist the Build Team in checking the construction of all road, drainage, structural and plots works being constructed on site at any given time.
